• Repairs – Ranging from zipper replacement, new buttons, patching tears and more! I know how it is to want to keep old/favorite garments but to worry that a customary tailor may not want to fix them or doesn't understand why you want some stuff kept in your closet. I am not like that.

• This was a pair of pants a client loved but she could not wear because the crotch was worn through. She wanted the crotch fixed but for the pants to fit exactly the same, and any patching to be on the inside. Here is what I did. She loved it and has come back for more.

  
• Alterations – From hemming, to letting things out and taking them in.

• Lots of folks just need stuff hemmed. But some people want a blind hem or a jeans hem that looks just like the one that was on there. Here are examples of both... A blind hem on some nice wool men’s pants and a jeans hem for a client who wanted her jeans two inches shorter, but for the hem to look the same.

  

  
• Custom – If you have a specific garment you want made or copied I can do that for you.

• Lots of things you need sewn are hard to describe or find somebody to sew. This client needed extensions, tabs and a zipper sewn onto a tent for his sailboat. The piece he needed extended were huge pieces of canvas and hard to handle. It was quite a chore but as you can see, project completed.

  
• Domestic – If you need pillow covers, table cloths and or anything else for your house I can make it for you.

• This was for a client who needed some box cushions covered. She brought over the foam, fabric and zipper tape.  We verified where she wanted the zipper and I made these for her.
